When you are watching the video on these hosting sites (like this http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5542991096255473806) you can click on "Video Downloader" link in bookmarks/toolbar and video download will begin.
Or you can add direct link to video to site (forum, comment, blog, ...). Then, link look like:
